This section contains links to the rules for the Bedford League and Knockout
competitions.

There are also links to the EPA web site which contain the rules of League pool (the game currently played in all Bedford Pool League competitions) and World Rules Pool.

Don't be fooled by the opening lines of the EPA (League) Pool rules; if it says "These rules are no longer in use", just read on to the next line ... "... displayed here for the benefit of members still using them them to govern their local league."

There are also references to coloured and striped balls that can be ignored.

Also don't be fooled by the mention of "EPA Rules prior to Jan 1998" at the top of
the World Rules link. You have to scroll down about half a screen before you get to the "World Eight Ball Pool Federation Rules" - bad design in the Webmaster's opinion.
